Our Refund policy:

All products soled on this site can be returned with a full refund provided they are shipped back undamaged in their original packaging to our warehouse within two weeks of delivery. Please attach a copy of your invoice with the shipment to expedite the refund process.

Shipment Delivery:

• All regular orders will be shipped within 3 working days from the order placement
• Pre-orders will be shipped within 3 working days of the pre-order release date.
• If an order contains both regular products and pre-order products, we might hold the entire order to be shipped together within 3 working of the last pre-order release date.
